We are a fast-growing company in Washington and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our dynamic team As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve our companys goals and objectives Your main duties will include managing team performance providing guidance and support and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

This is a full‑time job with a salary of 1100$ along with accommodation provided by the company

• Lead and manage a team to ensure successful completion of projects
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members
• Provide guidance support and coaching to team members
• Monitor team performance and address any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

• Previous experience as a Teamlead or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
• Experience working with teams from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
• Own visa or eligibility to work in the USA
