Our client, a leader in high-purity specialty chemicals for the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Product Development Manager to own product strategy, innovation, and profitability across a portfolio of highly engineered products.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across executive leadership, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align technical, operational, and commercial priorities
- Knowledge of semiconductor customer requirements and quality expectations
- Semiconductor industry experience
- High-purity chemical manufacturing background
- Product lifecycle ownership and P&L responsibility
- MOC, PCN, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or MBA
