Must have a good driving record.

Responsibilities:

* Maintains all property grounds such as lawn and parking lot.

* Assists maintenance as needed.

* Maintains appearance of all buildings on property

* Paint and repair items as needed

* Monitors fire extinguishers for compliance throughout the plant

* Assist with special projects as needed

* Picks up and/or drops off supplies machinery and/or parts using company vehicle.

* Assists with assorted light plumbing functions.

* Conducts oneself in a professional manner, working safely, taking precautions in preventing product and/or equipment damages and losses, cooperating with co-workers and maintaining good houskeeping practices at all times.

Qualifications:

* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

* Ability to write simple correspondence.

* Ability to use basic math skills such as addition, subtraction and multiplication.
