Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Pay range is $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30PM, Monday-Friday, Saturday work may be required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages, and of each process while providing feedback

* Communicate audit findings with production team in process and during standup meetings

* Review and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow up with the team

* Aid in document control activities - posting documents, follow through with approvers

* Use calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of both finished goods

* Aid in identify best practices in the manufacturing of windows

* Document non-conformities and oversee completion of NCR activities

* Validate product conformance when process adjustments are made

Qualifications

* High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

* Requires 2-5 years quality/leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

* Ability to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)

* Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation

* Use of hands and fingers for fine manipulation

* Frequent exposure to dust and debris from the production process

* Frequent exposure to loud noises

* Limited exposure to weather and climate change

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $19.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
