Overview:

Required Skills:
  • Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure.
  • Proven experience in anesthesia administration, including a variety of surgical cases.
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with robotic surgery and endoscopic procedures.
  • Familiarity with regional anesthesia techniques.
  • Prior experience in a similar hospital or surgical center setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital setting.
  • Experience supporting multiple operating rooms and various surgical specialties.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work the scheduled shift: 5 days a week, 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
  • Valid multiple state licensure if applicable.
  • Maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
  • Willingness to support a medically supervised, care team model.
