Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women?s health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings
• Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing
• Evaluate and treat conditions such as UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns
• Manage patient care within medical weight loss programs
• Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team to create individualized care plans
• Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

• Salary: $140,000 ? $150,000 per year

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Current Washington licensure (PA-C, APRN, or RN as applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women?s health-focused programs considered)
• DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington (or willingness to obtain)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Must be a US Citizen (no visa sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous women?s health experience strongly preferred (training available for those passionate about this specialty)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Clinical problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic
