Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Medical Surgery - 3E/W (0.9 FTE/Days)

Position Summary

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Join Multi Care to deliver high-quality, patient‑centered care as part of a trusted team. This role supports patients and families through basic care activities while upholding ethical, holistic care standards.

Shift Information
  • FTE: 0.9
  • Shift: Day (7:00a.m. – 7:30p.m.)
  • Schedule:

    Every other weekend, rotating shifts
  • Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 for a 2‑year commitment
Responsibilities
  • Manage basic care activities with a customer‑service oriented delivery of care to patients.
  • Support delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Qualifications
  • Current Washington State CNA license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • One (1) year of experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility is preferred.
Pay & Benefits
  • Pay scale: $21.29 – $29.69 per hour (adjusted for skill level, experience, and certifications).
