Administer and/or assist with self-administration of medications as directed by physician orders;
Maintain accurate medication/treatment records on each resident's clinical record;
Record narcotics administered and report medication errors immediately;
Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family to ensure timely medication delivery;
Assist with ADLs and observe residents' physical and mental conditions; report to Director of Nursing Services
