Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours) - Rate: $51.3/hr
- Active RN license in practicing state required.
- PACU, post-anesthesia, or perioperative experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred.
- Post-Anesthesia Monitoring:
- Monitor vital signs, airway, and patient status postop.
- Administer medications, pain management, and interventions.
- Critical Response:
- Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
- Escalate potential complications immediately.
- Documentation & Teamwork:
- Document patient care accurately in the chart.
- Educate patients on postprocedure and discharge care.
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams.
