Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Locums Job in Washington 12-Hour Shifts Beginning June 15 Ongoing Assignment Coverage Details June 15 Ongoing Credentialing timeframe: days (clean history may qualify for expedited privileges) Shift Details Full-time schedule of 3 or 4 12-hour shifts Includes one or more night shifts (variable by week) Requirements Board Certified CRNA Licensed in Washington or IMLC ACLS BLS Required Procedures / Skills Cardiac Complete Ortho OB Pediatric Regional Thoracic General anesthesia:
Adult, Pediatric, Trauma Spinal anesthesia Epidural anesthesia Obstetrical cases Assignment Details Practice setting:
Inpatient Trauma Level: 3 PEDs Level: 3 Medically supervised care team model CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main surgery department, 4 ORs in Surgi-Center, 2 GI rooms, 1 bronchoscopy room, 1 cath lab Case mix includes ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, healthy pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, vascular (no CT or Neuro) EMR:
