Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors in participation with residents’ daily life rhythm, develop assignments in coordination with care partners, and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM, rotating schedule, weekend and on‑call required
• Evening Shift: 3:45 PM – 11:15 PM, rotating schedule, weekend and on‑call required
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating schedule, weekend and on‑call required

$33.95 – $40.50 per hour, depending on experience, plus pay differentials (evening $1.00).

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred
• New graduates welcome
