Medication Tech - Memory Care
Type: Full‑Time
Shift: NOC Shift (10pm-6:00am)
Days:
Tuesday‑Saturday and Friday‑Monday
Wage: $20‑$22/hr DOE
As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and well‑being of our residents. Under the direction of licensed nursing staff, you will administer prescribed medications, monitor residents for changes in condition, maintain accurate documentation, and provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional care and service to seniors in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities- Care for residents and assist in updating each resident’s service plan
- Administer medications ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the DHS and according to current policies, procedures, and practices
- Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly and provide first aid assistance
- Assist with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, and eating)
- Provide support to residents and caregivers as needed
- Document and communicate resident changes and complete all reports in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have an active NAC or HCA
- Previous Medication Aide experience preferred
- Must have or obtain (within 30‑days of employment) First Aid & CPR Certification
- Minimum of one‑year experience in a healthcare setting
- Must obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment
- Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elders

Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $22 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job‑related reasons.
