TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Radiology for a travel nursing job in Yakima, Washington. 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.

Employment type:

Travel.

• Administer prescribed doses of radiation to specific body parts using radiation therapy equipment.
• Position patients accurately and comfortably for each treatment session.
• Verify treatment settings and patient identity before delivering therapy.
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Use imaging technology (CT, X-rays) to guide accurate treatment delivery.
• Document treatment details and maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, dosimetrists, and other team members.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, side effects, and care during treatment.
• Inspect, maintain, and calibrate radiation therapy equipment regularly.
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols for both patients and staff.

Minimum one year of experience as a Radiation Therapist. Current BLS certification and ARRT(T) national certification required. State licensure may be required. Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Job . Pay based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
