Aveanna Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal medical care and assistance with daily living activities to improve quality of life;
Perform, assist, evaluate and document medical care (basic first aid, vital signs, catheter and bowel care, ROM exercises, ambulation);
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, dressing and eating;
Observe and report significant changes in patient condition to the RN Nursing Supervisor;
Complete and maintain patient/family and Company documentation records;
Travel to patient homes and provide care as ordered by physician within state regulations;
Ensure care is delivered in confidentiality and professional boundaries
