Hill Valley Healthcare Corporate is seeking a Corporate Traveler – MDS Coordinator (RN) to support skilled nursing centers across the Yakima, Washington area. This role combines hands-on MDS assessments, care planning, and reimbursement support with regional mentorship duties.
The ideal candidate will have an active Washington RN license, strong PDPM and Medicare knowledge, and enjoy mentoring MDS teams while traveling regionally. Hybrid work arrangement and overnight travel are required.
