Part Time Nurse Triage Service Center

Join our team as a Part‑time Service Center Nurse Triage in Yakima, WA!

• Provide clinical care during patient visits, including vital signs, health history, and assessments.
• Perform phone triage to evaluate chief complaints and determine follow‑up steps.
• Assist providers with diagnostics, treatments, and procedures like IV starts.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Communicate medication details, side effects, and procedure instructions to patients.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and perform additional duties as needed.

• Active WA RN license, with dual licensure required within 120 days.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSc preferred), with outpatient experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, with additional pay.
• Basic computer skills and BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and patient interaction skills.
