Position Summary
Join a team at Multi Care as a staff RN on a 12‑hour night shift, rotating weekends, 0.9 FTE. The role is hospital‑based and involves specialized nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities- Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
- Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and health care team members.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent within five (5) years of hiring; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January1,2021 may be considered in lieu of education.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi‑state licensure endorsement (MSL).
- Current BLS certification required.
- ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification as required by facility or department.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $41.94–$75.89 USD, influenced by skill set, experience, and certifications.
