We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home healthcare services, assisting with urgent cases across various acuity levels, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent support.
Responsibilities Include- Delivering patient-centered care in home settings
- Administering treatments and medications as prescribed
- Utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets
- Collaborating with a team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
- Flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, full-time, part-time, and PRN options
