• Pruning and shaping trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants
• Learning professional pruning techniques that promote healthy growth
• Performing landscape cleanups and debris removal
• Operating pruning tools, chippers, and equipment safely
• Keeping job sites clean, professional, and customer-ready
• Driving company vehicles to job sites
• Representing the company with professionalism and pride

You’ll work independently at times—but you’ll never feel unsupported.

• Reliable and show up ready to work

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Landscaping or pruning experience is a plus—but not required
