Landscaper / Landscape Laborer
Full-Time | $20-$25/hr. (DOE) + room to grow

What You’ll Be Doing- Planting, mulch/rock/sod installs, irrigation modifications, aerations, cleanups and other landscape services.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance on properties and provide a "WOW" experience for clients.
- Identify property issues or potential improvements while on‑site and report or address them appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with clients and teammates to ensure all work meets expectations.
- Operate tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining tools
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Accurately complete paperwork and service documentation.
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
You’ll work as part of a crew — with support, guidance, and room to grow your skills.
Who We’re Looking ForWe care more about attitude and work ethic than your résumé.
You’ll do well here if you are:
- Reliable and show up ready to work
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Physically capable and comfortable with hands‑on labor
- Detail‑oriented and take pride in quality work
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs. regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Landscaping experience is a plus — but not required
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in maintaining equipment is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $20-$25 based on experience
