Landscaper / Landscape Laborer

Full-Time | $20-$25/hr. (DOE) + room to grow

• Planting, mulch/rock/sod installs, irrigation modifications, aerations, cleanups and other landscape services.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance on properties and provide a "WOW" experience for clients.
• Identify property issues or potential improvements while on‑site and report or address them appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with clients and teammates to ensure all work meets expectations.
• Operate tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining tools
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Accurately complete paperwork and service documentation.
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites

You’ll work as part of a crew — with support, guidance, and room to grow your skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Landscaping experience is a plus — but not required

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in maintaining equipment is a plus.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $20-$25 based on experience
