Quality Control (QC) Technician

• Perform quality control testing on aggregates and ready-mix concrete to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Accurately interpret, document, and communicate test results. Identify and report variances.
• Assist in evaluating current and future sources of raw materials.
• Maintain organized, accurate records of all test data and results.
• Safely handle, transport, and maintain testing equipment and samples.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Strong verbal, written, and math skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also thriving as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Physical capability to lift and transport test equipment and samples.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability.
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• ACI & ASTM certification and prior experience as a QC Technician in the concrete or aggregate industry.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• $28.00 to $38.00 per hour.
