We are seeking a Dining Server who enjoys working with seniors and creating a welcoming, supportive dining experience. Candidates with prior assisted living, memory care, or senior care experience are strongly preferred. If you are patient, attentive, and enjoy building connections with older adults, we would love to meet you.
- Set up meal trays, food carts and the dining room.
- Ensure that food, menus and supplies for the next meal are readily available.
- Assist in daily cleaning duties, such as worktables, refrigerators, etc.
- Retrieve dishes from the dining room, wash and clean utensils, and return them to their proper storage areas.
- Keep work areas clean, dry and free of hazardous materials.
- Assist Cooks in preparing meals.
- Previous experience as a Server in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma, or equivalent if applicable
- Experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility preferred.
- Must have a Food Handler’s Card, or obtain within 30 days of employment
- Premium Pay for Holidays worked, conditions apply.
