Job Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required (though some weekend availability may be requested). Pay $20.00 per hour, next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Responsibilities include installing and updating sales floor fixtures, and performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs following plan‑ograms and client directives.

• Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours of contact).
• Keep availability accurate and up to date.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install, build, and repair displays, end‑caps, and fixtures.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site.
• Maintain and update displays per planograms/client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations; provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to team success.
• Adhere to timelines and accurate time‑card submission; report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Early morning, late‑night availability as required.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Climb up to 10 feet; lift up to 60lbs; able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Excellent communication: phone, text, and email; can coordinate tasks and provide updates.
• Prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory; experience with hand and power tools desired.
• Proficiency following planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Will complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames.
• Collaborative and autonomous; strong time‑management and reporting skills.
