Builders First Source - 1301 East Mead Avenue - Responsibilities:
Represent the company during the sales process by collecting customer product needs and design specifications in person or by phone, and acting as liaison between purchasing, inside technical/design staff, production staff and customer;
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, pricing/quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations;
Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales to achieve a projected sales goal;
Develop product and industry knowledge through training and knowledge of residential, rural, industrial, and commercial construction;
Provide accurate material takeoffs and technical assistance as required
