Cascade Drilling, LP is seeking experienced Drillers to join their traveling team based in Puyallup, Washington. This role involves operating drill rigs and equipment across various locations, with significant travel and the opportunity to lead and mentor crews. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, have strong drilling experience, and are eager to grow professionally within a supportive company.

• Competitive wages: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

• 3+ years’ experience in the drilling industry, with at least 1 year operating various rigs (sonic, rotary, auger)
• CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred
• Negative drug test and satisfactory background check
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interstate DOT Medical Card
• Pass a HAZWOPER physical
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to wear respiratory protection as required
