Join our Speech‑Language Pathology team at Children’s Village. Our SLP Team is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated professionals that incorporate many general and specialty lines of service. We have a strong mentorship program and encourage new graduates and those looking for Clinical Fellowship.
Our team enjoys the following aspects of working:
- Serve children 0‑18 years of age.
- Provide in‑person services in the outpatient clinic setting as well as in the home/community settings. Pending experience, services may also be provided in the hospital.
- As part of our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers Program (ESIT) team there are educational opportunities to further skills in relationship‑based practice.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, early childhood educators, nurses, and behavioral therapists.
- Paid mileage reimbursement.
- Premiums may be available for bilingual candidates.

- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Hearing‑Language Association OR be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC‑SLP in accordance with standards defined by the ASHA
- Licensed as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit
- Current BLS Certification required
- Previous Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
