Catholic Charities of Central Washington is seeking a Young Adult Housing Program Case Manager to implement the YAHP per contract guidelines and provide rental assistance and intensive case management for youth aged 18-24.
You will engage with youth to build self-sufficiency and housing stability, under Foster Teen Programs supervision, traveling within counties served and coordinating with Youth Services staff.
