Lead Application Developer for the Division of Child Support within DSHS's Facilities, Technology Analytics Administration (FTAA). This non-supervisory technical leadership role supports modernization of complex applications and processes serving millions of people. You will design build automation and deployment pipelines, modernize source control practices, guide application integration efforts, and provide technical coaching to development teams across multiple platforms.
- Ten or more years of senior-level experience creating CI/CD software solutions
- Expertise in build automation, continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and deployment processes
- Proficiency with source control systems (Git, Subversion) and repository migration
- Experience designing application integration approaches across multiple technology platforms
- Strong technical communication and coaching skills to help teams adopt new tools and practices
- Knowledge of secure application development and sensitive data protection in regulated environments
