Maintain general and department‑specific, routine, daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, and may manage purchase and change orders.
Key Accountability Areas Store Process- Receiving, handling & storage of materials, tools, assets & equipment etc.
- Inventory record update
- Coding for material
- Record & maintain monthly report on assets
- Housekeeping and safety measures for combustible material
- Receiving material at incoming bay of store
- Material issue as per request
- Daily update for temporarily issued material
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.
- Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
- Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
- Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalates any complex operational problems.
- Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.
- Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.
- Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes.
- Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.
