Billing Manager

6‑month contract with possible extensions

• 4+ years of billing management experience
• Global billing experience, ideally managing teams in India
• People Soft or Oracle experience
• Experience obtaining billing data from multiple billing systems
• Experience managing complex billing and various billing schedules such as tiered pricing, custom billing methods, portal invoicing (e.g., Coupa), and recurring billing
• Experience managing month‑end and revenue reporting

• Interpret contracts and billing data to generate invoices
• Oversee end‑to‑end billing processes across India, Costa Rica, the UK, and the U.S., ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant invoicing
• Handle recurring, tiered, and portal‑based billing (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)
• Manage PO tracking, invoice delivery, and scheduling
• Collaborate with collections and cash application teams
• Perform variance analysis and revenue reporting
• Monitor team KPIs, error rates, and request volumes
• Lead month‑end reporting and resolve billing discrepancies
