Position: Gift Processing and Stewardship Support

This is a non-exempt, full time position and must adhere to the regulations stipulated in the Mount Marty University Employee Handbook. The Gift Processing & Stewardship Support position provides operational support to Advancement by ensuring accurate gift processing and executing donor stewardship activities that support a consistent and high-quality donor experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process all gifts and pledges accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain donor records and ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM
  • Track and manage pledge payments and balances, coordinating with finance as needed
  • Generate and distribute:
    • Gift acknowledgements
    • Receipts
    • Stewardship communications
  • Coordinate President and VP signature processes for donor communications
  • Giving society recognition
  • Stewardship mailings and touchpoints
  • Ensure all gifts are acknowledged promptly and consistently
  • Assist with Advancement events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • High level of accuracy and timeliness in gift processing
  • Consistent and timely donor acknowledgements and stewardship
  • Reliable and organized donor data and records
  • Effective support of Advancement operations and donor engagement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with CRM systems (Raiser’s Edge preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Commitment to the mission of Mount Marty University
