Transportation Design Project Manager

Overview

Lead and deliver traffic engineering projects, managing technical work, client coordination, and project performance

Responsibilities

* Manage traffic projects from start to finish; support multi-disciplinary efforts

* Lead traffic analysis, safety studies, and traffic impact assessments

* Perform modeling (Synchro, VISSIM, SIDRA) and develop forecasts

* Identify deficiencies and recommend mitigation strategies

* Develop MOT plans, signing, pavement marking, and signal designs (MUTCD)

* Present findings to clients, agencies, and public stakeholders

* Oversee junior staff and support proposals/business development

Qualifications

* BS in Engineering

* PE license required; PTOE required, RSP a plus

* 5+ years in traffic operations/safety (studies, signal design/timing, feasibility work)

This is a Permanent position based out of Yankton, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
