A Brief Overview Supports and maintain hardware and software. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training and assistance where needed.
What You Will Do
- Repairs and maintains PC, printer, software, and associated peripheral equipment as necessary to maintain proper operation.
- Troubleshoots PC, printer, software, and associated peripheral equipment to determine the source of malfunctions.
- Maintains logs and device inventories.
- Provides network cabling in designated areas according to Avera standards.
- Consults with management and/or Network Analysts to solve operational/repair/maintenance problems and help design methods and procedures to improve the efficiency, productivity and control of these operations.

- Associate's in related area
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) - Microsoft or other relevant network, systems, or administration certifications
