We are looking for a Managing Director DCM to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. The role requires an expert level of financial reasoning. Related fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate outputs.
• Evaluate quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance‑reasoning exercises.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.

• Payment via Pay Pal; no upfront costs.
