• Perform preventive maintenance on press lines, casting equipment, packing systems, and paint systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Replace defective parts and conduct necessary repairs.
• Maintain building, grounds, and utility systems.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and enhancements.
• Obtain and maintain a Motorized Equipment license (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift).
• Enter and manage work orders for identified issues or deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and well‑organized.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stay informed on advancements in relevant systems and technologies.

• At least 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
