$18/hr
$500 Sign-on bonus
+$1/hour for night shift differential
Eligible for monthly profit sharing. (with profit sharing, earnings can increase by -$1.50-$3.00/hour.)
2:00pm - 12:00am, Monday - Thursday (10 hrs shift)
What you will be doing- Assure completion of daily safety inspections – i.e., mobile equipment, light curtains,
crane(s), torch, welder, fire extinguishers, ladder(s), eye wash inspections, etc. where responsible. - Responsible for unloading finished products, may include specific packaging requests that will be completed according to detailed instructions.
- Assist Fabrication Equipment Operators by loading extrusions into processing
equipment including saws, punch presses, and rolling machines. - Responsible for housekeeping and 5S in his or her respective area of work or areas as directed by the departmental supervisor.
Required Education/
Experience:
- Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds and be able to keep up with the people thatthey are paired up with.
- Able to work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
- Ability to work 8, 10, 12 hour rotating shifts depending on shift availability, overtime,weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply).
- Ability to perform basic computer application skills.
- Ability to read and use tape measures.
- Ability to communicate (both written & verbal) and work well with all employees at alllevels, willingness to learn new processes and work with limited supervision.
Preferred Skills/
Qualifications:
- HSD or GED is preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is preferred.
