Grain Production Worker

Cargill seeks Seasonal Grain Production Workers to support safe, efficient grain operations in our manufacturing facilities. In this hands-on role, you'll help load and unload grain, operate basic handling equipment, and monitor product quality. Responsibilities include cleaning bins and work areas, assisting with routine equipment checks, and completing simple production records. You'll work in a fast-paced, outdoor and indoor environment with strict safety and food safety standards, contributing directly to Cargill's mission of reliable, sustainable food production.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain handling and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload grain trucks and railcars
• Monitor grain quality, moisture, and inventory levels
• Perform routine cleaning of bins, conveyors, and work areas
• Assist with basic equipment checks and reporting issues
• Follow all safety, food safety, and environmental procedures
• Complete logs and basic production documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
