This position involves performing grain facility operations, including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, as well as managing grain piles and other handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth facility operations
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
- Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, climbing, and twisting, with or without accommodation
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise, using PPE
- Comfort working at heights of 4 feet or more
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with prior notice
Compensation is $25.00/hr with a $2000 sign-on bonus. No relocation is offered. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
