Recruit, hire, and train store staff, and conduct performance evaluations;
Ensure proper staffing and open/close the store, personally opening at least twice per week and closing at least twice per week;
Monitor operating statements, sales, profitability, inventory turnover, and shrink; manage ordering and stock targets;
Maintain store presentation, pricing, signage, and fixture utilization; ensure accurate inventory and cash controls;
Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store; enforce company policies and procedures.
