About the Role
As a Remote Consultant
, you will play a critical role in expanding Psych Plus’ reach by partnering with employers to deliver mental health solutions for their workforce. This role blends consultative sales with strategic relationship management
, making it ideal for someone with experience in B2B healthcare solutions and a passion for mental health advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential employer clients for mental health solutions across the U.S.
- Conduct market research to assess employer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with legal and leadership teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners to ensure long‑term engagement.
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation of mental health programs for employer clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on business development progress and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Psych Plus at virtual and in‑person industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- MUST BE willing to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or employer benefits solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, psychology, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales or business development.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Familiarity with employer health benefits, EAP programs, and mental health solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to improving workplace well‑being.

Additional Information
The expected total earnings for this position, based on achieving On‑Target Commission (OTC), range from $100,000 to $200,000 annually. However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages, and other Psych Plus Health‑sponsored benefits.
