Installers | Traveler $25​/hr + $800​/week per diem

We are in immediate need of motivated Sub-Assembly Installers for a client in Northern Minnesota and South Dakota. Our client supports the mining industry.

Our team’s work week is typically Monday through Friday, working first shift from 6:00am to 3:00pm. This is a long-term contract opportunity that pays in a range of $22-25 an hour, with overtime available. Travel benefits include up to $800 a week in per diem payments.

• Test heat exchangers.
• Build crates using hand and power tools.
• Install grommets using grommet guns and tubes.
• Assembly fans, belts, motors, RTTS exchangers, capture seal oil coolers using electric power drive unit.
• Observe, guide and assist with training.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed if qualified.
• Perform work in a safe manner and follows all safety guidelines and procedure.
• Epicor experience a plus
• Willingness to travel

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements including drug and background checks
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED and experience or 2-year Technical School Degree
• 2 - 5 years of related work experience
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environment
• Ability to work in a highly quality controlled environment.
• Work under minimal supervision and has wide latitude for independent judgment
• Proactive and willing to lead
