Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
E.F. Winslow Plumbing & Heating in South Yarmouth, MA is looking to hire a full- or part-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) to help our customers get HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry services they need.
This office position earns a competitive salary of $35,000 - $55,000/year
, based on experience. We also provide our full-time team with great benefits

As a Customer Service Rep (CSR), you provide friendly assistance to our clients, determine their needs, and resolve their concerns. This is done both in person and through the phone. You establish and maintain customer accounts in our database as well as set up, maintain, and schedule preventative maintenance agreements. Some of your other duties include general assistance around the office such as data entry, filing paperwork, and more.

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Two or more years of customer service experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment is preferred, but not required. Do you work well with others? Can you professionally handle confidential information? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? If yes, you might just be perfect for this office position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)We have full- and part-time schedules for this position. Full-time employees work 40 hours each week with a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift. Part-time employees work 20 - 25 hours each week and also have a rotating 8 AM - 12 PM Saturday shift.
