The starting rate for this position is $25 with shift differentials.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with all care needs including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support.
  • Engage residents through interaction, conversation, and programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure residents’ care needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment and assist residents with room upkeep.
Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification
  • Current Massachusetts Nurse’s Aide (CNA) registration.
  • Experience and passion for working with seniors.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, peers, and staff.
  • Good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.
