Part Time Wellness Nurse

Position

A part-time Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) responsible for supporting the Resident Services Department at a senior living community.

• Supervise Resident Services staff, including CNAs.
• Assist with medication management and resident self-administration.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians.
• Report significant incidents and resident changes to leadership.
• Support resident assessments, service plans, and clinical recertifications.
• Contribute to staff hiring, training, and performance management.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and scheduling.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Support safety and emergency procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the appropriate state.
• CPR and first aid certification.
• At least two years of clinical experience; assisted living or long-term care experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
