Support Services Clinician

Location: 221 Willow Street, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675, USA

We are offering flexible and hybrid scheduling on the Cape and surrounding areas, with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus paid in full after 90 days of employment.

The pay range is $50,000 to $75,000 per year, subject to experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications. The actual compensation may vary.

• Provide clinical care of youth within our program, including coordination and support outside each site.
• Help youth develop social and adaptive skills, using creative methods to meet their unique needs.
• Model and lead staff in trauma‑informed, evidence‑based clinical practice.
• Collaborate with various child‑serving systems.

• License‑eligible, Master’s Degree in the mental health field preferred or related field with commensurate experience; support provided for licensure hours and testing.
• Daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active driver’s license.
• Knowledge or ability to learn electronic medical record software and basic computer functions, including Microsoft Suite.
• Clinical experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
