Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations of the Housekeeping Department

• Plan and coordinate tasks for housekeeping staff

• Conduct regular cleanliness inspections of all areas

• Supervise, coach, and support housekeeping employees

• Maintain inventory levels for housekeeping supplies

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of supervisory housekeeping experience

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Familiarity with hotel cleanliness standards

• Fluent English communication skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
