The ATCO Frontec team is seeking an Administration Clerk to provide essential administrative support for Fire Prevention Services. This 18-month temporary role requires teamwork and effective prioritization of tasks in a busy office environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and previous experience in office administration are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk tasks, customer service, and phone inquiries
• Approve and code invoices for processing
• Schedule accommodations and travel logistics
• Collect and summarize employee timesheets
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; preference for post-secondary education
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
