Responsibilities- Participate in a daily story meeting.
- Read the morning news in Inuvialuktun or Inuinnaqtun.
- Pitch, chase and produce interviews and stories to air.
- Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
- Strong knowledge of Inuvialuktun or Inuinnaqtun.
- An ability to multi-task and an attention to detail.
- Community connections and knowledge of community events.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- On-air experience will be considered an asset.
- A mandatory Criminal record check.
- Other background checks may be conducted based on the operational requirements of the position.
