Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Reporting

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, facilitating vital financial processes. Your expertise will enhance month-end reporting, support budget development, and conduct comprehensive variance analyses. Collaborate with various teams, including Financial Operations, to maintain accurate financial data for strategic foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate monthly reporting for business units

• Create comprehensive variance reports

• Conduct annual budgeting and quarterly forecast reviews

• Prepare financial packages with key performance indicators

• Manage dashboards and visual tools for decision-making

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting; CPA preferred

• Minimum 3 years of financial experience required

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with Indigenous culture is an advantage
