Chateau Nova Night Auditor Position

Be a key player in hospitality at Nova Hotels as a Night Auditor in Yellowknife. This full-time position focuses on guest service and overnight audits, ensuring a welcoming environment.

In this role at Chateau Nova, you will work overnight from 11 PM to 7 AM, managing both front desk responsibilities and auditing tasks. Your attention to detail and professionalism will enhance the guest experience while ensuring accurate hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with overnight check-ins and questions

• Complete end-of-day audit and prepare reports

• Balance hotel accounts, including food and beverage transactions

• Maintain a professional front desk area

• Respond to and resolve guest concerns effectively

Requirements:

• Required high school diploma

• 1-2 years in hospitality or front desk preferred

• Experience in hotel systems or switchboard an asset

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Willingness to work independently overnight
